Legal Case Services helps companies identify and engage appropriate overseas legal counsel for cross-border disputes.
Our process is intentionally limited, selective, and focused on relevance and fit.
Companies provide a concise overview of the dispute, including:
parties involved
relevant jurisdictions
dispute type and key facts
current status of the matter
This step is intended to determine whether the matter is appropriate for consideration by external legal counsel.
We conduct a high-level review to assess:
jurisdictional context
commercial relevance
procedural plausibility
potential alignment with overseas counsel capabilities
Not all matters proceed beyond this stage.
Where appropriate, we may request clarification to ensure the inquiry is sufficiently complete for consideration.
Where there is a reasonable procedural and commercial fit, we facilitate introductions to a limited number of overseas law firms.
Introductions are made selectively and on a case-by-case basis.
We do not distribute inquiries broadly or operate as a public directory.
All legal engagement occurs directly between clients and law firms.
Once introduced, all legal discussions, strategy, fees, and representation are handled directly between the client and the law firm.
Legal Case Services does not provide legal advice, negotiate legal fees, or participate in legal representation.
